Before founding Hallstone, Seth held leadership roles at Panavision's Light Iron, Sony Pictures, Pixelogic, and Testronic, and served as President of the Hollywood Professional Association for nine years.

Leon Silverman brings executive leadership spanning Walt Disney Studios, Netflix, MovieLabs, LaserPacific, and Eastman Kodak. He has spent decades at the center of media technology standards, workflow innovation, and industry infrastructure.

Andy Beach is the former CTO of Media and Entertainment at Microsoft, where he led cloud production strategy, AI-driven workflows, and major enterprise partnerships across the global media industry.

Claire Lee is a former Silicon Valley Bank executive who led startup banking and a former Microsoft executive who led seed-stage strategic partnerships. She brings dual fluency in venture-stage finance and technology ecosystem development.

Dave Kochbeck is the former founding CTO of Live Nation and former Chief Scientist at Silicon Valley Bank. His background spans media-platform architecture, venture banking insight, and emerging technology strategy.
